P L A N N I N G  |  The starting point for our planning process is to create the event story; interpreting your vision and to design a truly bespoke overarching concept that ties everything in together. Following a detailed planning meeting, where we talk through the whole event, we produce a synopsis for each stage of the celebration. This enables us to form the foundation for our planning, and provides us with a clear picture from the start.  Building the right team from the start is essential. We recommend only the finest vendors who complement your brief perfectly, curating a team that works well together, supports each other and comes together to deliver quality service. Working with reliable and experienced vendors results in stress-free planning and an exceptional event that your guests will notice and remember.  Throughout the process we will work closely with you and on your behalf; meticulously planning, sourcing, negotiating and managing behind the scenes. Our thorough processes ensure budget management, logistics, scheduling, venue/vendor communication and site visits are all handled efficiently without you having to get tied up in too many details.

E V E N T  M A N A G E M E N T  |  

This is the finale to our planning process. We personally oversee the construction phase of a marquee build, and /or the bump in and set up of production and the installation of florals at the venue, as well as the tear down at the end of the event. On the day itself we represent you for the entirety of the day; greeting suppliers who are arriving early behind doors to finish styling, welcoming guests as they take their seats for the ceremony, managing the flow of the day, working behind the scenes and seeing everyone off at the end of the night.

Styling and Event Design, as well as Event Management (or Day-of Coordination) are available as standalone services for clients looking to be more hands-on but still require some help in certain aspects of their wedding. Alternatively we will be able to customise a bespoke proposal and quotation tailored to your requirements.
